Celebrating Faith’s First Anniversary

Some people walk into a room and immediately make it feel brighter. At Reach For The Barres, that person is Ms. Faith.

This month we are celebrating Faith’s one year anniversary with our studio, and what a year it has been.

As our Director of Delight and First Impressions, Faith is often the very first person families connect with when they begin their journey at Reach For The Barres. From answering questions and welcoming new dancers to helping families feel supported behind the scenes, she plays an important role in shaping the experience our community has every day.

Faith has a special way of caring for both our families and our team. She brings warmth, positivity, and a spirit of joy into the studio that is impossible to miss. Whether she is helping a new dancer feel comfortable on their first day, supporting a parent with enrollment, or jumping in to help wherever it is needed, she does it with heart.

Around here we like to say Faith has a bit of a secret formula. In this past year Faith has helped welcome dozens of new dancers into our community while supporting the daily rhythm of the studio with care, organization, and a genuine love for what we do.

Most of all, she reminds us that what we are building here is more than a dance studio. It is a place where families feel known, supported, and excited to return each week.

Faith, thank you for the joy, laughter, and heart you bring to Team Reach. We are so grateful to have you with us and cannot wait to see what’s yet to come.
