I have acknowledged and understand I must submit my request at least 30 days before my child's last paid class of the trimester, in order not to be charged for the next trimester payment. I understand, that if my submission is received less than 30 days in advance: That I will be responsible for the full tuition payment for the upcoming trimester. I understand that tuition reserves a place in the program and is not based on class attendance. Once tuition has been charged, the reserved space and staffing for the trimester have already been allocated and the payment is non-refundable.
