Studio Etiquette
All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.
Classes have been created as drop-off classes for students 2.5 years and older.
Check in points are at the studio backdoors.
It’s preferred for parents of children under 3 years of age stay outside in the seating area for the duration of class, unless otherwise permitted by the teacher.
No parents, friends, or siblings are allowed in the classroom at any time. This is for the benefit of your dancer. They will learn more if we have their complete attention. We kindly ask that parents do not enter the class room while in class sessions, unless permitted by the class teacher. (The only exception is our Mini & Me classes, of course.)
Parents are welcome to watch the class from the outside windows of Studio A, B + C, or via our video monitor (speak to the front desk for an invitation to view).
Please make an effort to be prompt.
Preschool and Kindergarten Parents: Please take your dancer to the restroom before class begins to avoid accidents and disruptions to class.
No food or drinks other than water inside the dance studios during class. No exceptions.
Please leave our lobby and/or our patio the way you’ve found it and be sure pick up trash and/or clean up after yourself and your kiddos before leaving.
No running or climbing/hanging on any indoor or outdoor furniture please.
Students must respect the class teacher & show respect towards other students. No bullying will be tolerated.
Excessive talking or disruptive behavior will not be allowed.
Please be sure NOT to park your car in any of our neighbors parking spots.
If parked in a REACH parking spot, please vacate the spot immediately after you dancer has been dropped-off, or picked-up for class to free up space for arriving dance families.
All personal belongings may be kept in the waiting room or in the studio cubbies with the dancer if needed. REACH is not responsible for items left behind at our studio. No extra baggage please, dancers should only be coming in with a self-sealing bottle of water. Please make sure you check for all your belongings before leaving the studio.
Our staff is available during office hours to answer any questions you might have! If you need to speak with your child’s teacher, please call or email to set up an appointment as we rarely have time in-between classes. You can reach us at [email protected].
