What is KNO?
You’ve probably seen us buzzing about “KNO” – but what exactly is it? Well, get ready, because KNO stands for Kid’s Night Out, and it’s one of our absolute favorite ways to bring fun to our students (and our parents, too!).
So, what IS Kid’s Night Out? Imagine a fantastic evening filled with all the things kids love: fun food, exciting activities, and a super cool movie, all while being supervised by our amazing RFTB staff. It’s an opportunity for your little ones to enjoy a mini “slumber party” vibe right here at the studio, making memories with friends, and burning off some energy!
For parents, KNO is your golden ticket to a few hours of much-deserved “me” time or a fantastic date night! Catch up with friends, enjoy a quiet dinner, or simply relax knowing your kids are having a blast in a safe, familiar environment. It’s a win-win for everyone!

High-Energy Dancing
A special screening of Descendants 4 (bring a pillow and blanket for cozy movie time!)

When: Saturday, October 18th
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: Reach For The Barres (right here at the studio!)
Ages: 5-10
Cost: $60 per child (New Price for these fantastic hours!)
Important Policies:
Enrollment: Please enroll online through our Parent Portal or download the RFTB App to secure your spot. Space is extremely limited, and drop-offs are not guaranteed without prior enrollment. 💻📲
Pick-up: Please ensure your child is picked up promptly by 9:00 PM.
Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies your child may have during enrollment so we can make necessary accommodations.
