✨ Season 11 Costume Reminder & Recital Participation Policy ✨

As we prepare for our magical Year-End Shows at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre on June 6 & 7, 2026, we’re finalizing recital participation and costume planning for all dancers.

To ensure every dancer is represented correctly on stage, and that costumes arrive on time, please review the following reminders:

Costume Deadline: December 1

If your dancer will not be participating in this year’s recital, we kindly ask that families notify us in writing via email at recital@reachforthebarres.com by December 1, 2025. Per our agreed to policy cannot rely on dancers to communicate this important information, and attendance is not used as an indicator of participation.

Costume Ordering Timeline

• Auto-draft for costume fees runs January 1 (extended from Dec 10).

• Costumes are ordered December 15 to ensure arrival before our June recital.

• Once the payment has run, all costume fees become non-refundable, as our vendors do not allow cancellations after orders are placed.

• If you opt in after the deadline, we cannot guarantee the ability to secure a costume should you and/or your dancer change their mind.

About the Recital

Our annual Year-End Show is a joyful celebration of your dancer’s growth and hard work throughout the season. We hope every dancer can join us on stage!

Look for your 2026 Recital Handbook this December, followed by Show Divisions and Ticket Sale details in April.
