We’ve created a short feedback form for our studio families to help us better understand what’s working well, what your dancer is loving most, and how we can continue to create a schedule and experience that supports your family.

This includes everything from:
• Class interests for next season
• Preferred days and times
• New styles or programs your dancer may be curious about
• Anything else you’d love to see at the studio
