In Studio Dance Classes

STUDENTS MUST BE AGE APPROPRIATE FOR THEIR CLASS’ AGE RANGE BY SEPTEMBER 1, (this is for class enrollment, at any point in the season; the benchmark is September 1). Please be sure to enroll in a AGE APPROPRIATE class only. Not following this guideline, may cost dancers the opportunity for enrollment in an appropriate class, and will certainly guarantee your registration canceled. Dancers will grow together in class, and work on their development together throughout the season, culminating to our end-of-the-year recital the first weekend of June 2025.

Our main season runs like a 9-month, academic calendar, which simply means students enrolled in September are guaranteed their spot in class the entire 34 weeks of our season as long as their accounts remain in good standing.

Reach For The Barres Main Season Schedule

Saturday, September 7, 2024 – Monday, June 2, 2025
*Recital: June 2025 


OUR 34 WEEK MAIN SEASON TUITION IS BROKEN DOWN INTO THREE TRIMESTER PAYMENTS:

First Payment: Fall Trimester (11 Weeks) $350
(September 07, 2024 – November 22, 2024)

Second Payment: Winter Trimester (11 Weeks) $350*
(November 23, 2024 – February 28, 2025; Closures for Thanksgiving + Winter Breaks Excluded)

Third Payment: Spring Trimester (12 Weeks) $380*
(March 1, 2025 – June 2, 2025; Closures for Spring Break + Memorial Day Weekend Excluded)

IN ADDITION, EVERYONE WILL PAY A REGISTRATION FEE: ONE TIME PER SEASON FOR THEIR DANCER $25.00

*Tuition Payments will be made through our auto payment system, once enrolled.

All enrollment fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Because of the limited capacity and high demand of  Reach For The Barres Classes, Camps, Events + Parties, we do not offer makeups or refunds for missed classes/parties, even if you know you will miss ahead of time. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy including TRANSFERS.

REACH FOR THE BARRES ENROLLMENT POLICIES:

 Upon signing up for RFTB classes, you agree to the following policies -

·  All dancers must be age appropriate for class by September 1st, no exceptions.


· All dancers are expected to follow our dress coded and shoe requirements


· All dancers must be potty trained to attend any transitioned class ages 2.5 and up. 


· Classes are drop off only. We encourage kids' confidence in all of our classes is no exception. Kids only, please! Mini + Me classes are excluded. They may be viewed from our closed circuit cameras remotely. Access is given prior to first class to the email address used to register. 


· Because of the limited capacity and high demand of RFTB classes, we do not offer makeups, refunds or credits for missed classes, even if you know you will miss ahead of time.


· Class enrollment is nontransferable. Class spots cannot be given or transferred to another child, including siblings.


· Late pickups are subject to late fees.


· Classes lengths: for our toddlers, preschoolers and kindergartners [ages 5/6 and under] are 45 mins | 1st - 2nd Graders [Ages 6/7 - 8/9]  are 50 mins | 3rd Grade and up are 60 mins.


· KINDNESS + RESPECT: Our goal is to foster a positive learning environment filled with creativity and camaraderie for both our students and parents. You and your child agree to treat all participants of Reach For The Barres Dance Studio with kindness and respect. No bullying of any kind, verbally, physically or otherwise will be tolerated.

·  SAFETY FIRST: The safety of your child and other children is our top priority. Our Faculty are all First Aid + CPR Certified. You acknowledge that your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that make it dangerous or unwise for your child to safely participate in our programs.

· ALL CLASS POLICIES may be reviewed here before enrolling your dancer. 



COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS AND PROTOCOLS:

With the ever-changing safety standards regarding COVID-19, we will be implementing the most up-to-date safety protocols, and will update those enrolled if any changes occur -

· All of our faculty is fully vaccinated.

· Masks are optional. That said, we will monitor and implementing the most up-to-date safety protocols.

· Class sizes are limited.

· Check-in and drop-off at back doors, unless otherwise noted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

· All REACH tuition (and fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

· NO CREDITS or REFUNDS will be given for dropped, missed or canceled classes, at anytime; this includes in-studio, virtual, mobile/outdoor and/or private lessons.

· There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. As well as NO TRANSFERS.

· To cancel your enrollment please complete a CANCELLATION REQUEST



PAYMENT POLICIES + FINE PRINT:

· Full session enrollment is required.

· Trimester payments are due before the last class of each trimester.

· Any payment made after the last class of the trimester is subject to a $40, late fee every week dancer's tuition is left unpaid.

· Teachers are subject to change as needed.

· Our enrollment will remain ongoing in classes with availability, until December 31 at which point enrollment for our main season will close.   

· We reserves the right to refuse service. And any family who cannot abide or respect our policies may be asked to leave at no cost to the studio. 


Be sure you have thoroughly read, fully understand that by enrolling that you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of these Terms & Conditions as there will be no refunds. These Terms & Conditions will govern your child’s current and future participation in Reach For The Barres dance program.
