There’s something special about the people who make a community feel like home, and today we’re celebrating someone who does just that.

Please join us in wishing our magnificent Ms. Kaelyn a very Happy Reach Anniversary!

Over the past year, Kaelyn has become such a wonderful part of Team Reach, bringing her thoughtful nature, positive energy, and willingness to help wherever she’s needed.

As part of our Member Services Team, Kaelyn helps care for the many little details that shape our dancers’ and families’ experiences. From answering questions and supporting families throughout their dance journey to recognizing milestones and celebrating accomplishments, her work touches so many corners of our studio.

And while much of that work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt every day.

At Reach, we believe that building a strong community happens through the little things. It’s the thoughtful follow-up, the encouraging word, the extra bit of care, and the willingness to show up for one another.

Kaelyn brings that spirit to her work, and we’re incredibly grateful for the heart she puts into being part of our team.
