Birthday Party Timeline

This is our birthday party timeline, and we customize each one to fit your child’s birthday theme, personality and style.

  • 3:00 - 3:10 PM

    GREETING TIME | WELCOME AREA

    Welcome your guests! We’ll get everyone inside, gather any gifts, and get kids started tumbling course while we wait for friends to arrive.

  • 3:10 - 3:45 PM

    DANCE TIME | MAIN STUDIO

    We will use creative movement to get our bodies stretched and warm, before we begin learning special choreography to music selected by the birthday girl/boy!  Once learned we’ll put on a small performance before the party is over!

  • 3:45 - 4:00 PM

    PIZZA TIME | DINING TABLES

    Deluxe Party option includes pizza and water bottles for the kids; and any other food or beverage you bring (see “outside food” for options)

  • 4:00 - 4:15

    CRAFT TIME | CRAFT TABLE

    Kids will gather around and dive into their party craft!

  • 4:15-4:25

    CAKE TIME | DINING TABLES

    Sing Happy Birthday, and distribute any party desserts you may have provided!

  • 4:25-4:30PM

    GOODBYE TIME | PARTY STATION

    We’ll hand out goodie bags containing party favors and craft projects as we say our farewells

You’re able to set up for 20 minutes prior to party start, with our assistance. Our staff will also assist you in the 15 minute after party clean-up.

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • Party deposits are nonrefundable. After your remaining party balance has been charged (two weeks prior) the entire amount becomes non-refundable. If you need to cancel your party within two weeks prior to your event, no final balance will be run.  TO LEARN MORE, READ ALL PARTY POLICIES HERE.

CAN I ADD TIME TO MY PARTY?

  • The length of time we’ve allotted is perfect for our space, and we know you’re going to love it! That said, 30 mins may be added at an additional cost to make your party 2 hours in total length. TO LEARN MORE, READ ALL PARTY POLICIES HERE.

CAN I CHANGE MY PARTY CRAFT or ADD UPGRADES?

  • As long as your final upgrades + craft selections are made at least 3 weeks prior to your party date, we are able to make that change for you. Upgrades can also be made to activities and a secondary theme, in addition to a dance party. Please reach out to [email protected] for any change and/or upgrade request.
