This payment covers payment one of three trimester of our 33 week 2023/2024 Main Season for Cyan Ko Phung

Private Lesson (Ballet Choreography Focused) | Weekly on Wednesdays 6:30 (30 mins) | Tuition Cost:  $660* 

 

*A discount has been provided for all trimesters at the start of the season.  This discount will be provided for a duration of 1 week duration, from the date provided, for anyone taking immediate advantage of the offer to receive full season at a discounted rate for the entire season. 

By making your payment you are agreeing to the terms of our private lesson, which require no less than a fully season commitment (September 9-June 9). This means if your dancer drops you are responsible for the tuition for the remainder of the season as the studio has committed to paying faculty for this lesson for the terms of their seasonal contract, unless we are able to find a replacement from the ongoing private lesson request we've received for the specified season. 

 

Because of the limited capacity and high demand ALL REACH tuition (and fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO MAKEUPS, CREDITS or REFUNDS will be given for dropped, missed or canceled classes, camps or events; this includes in-studio, virtual, mobile/outdoor and/or private lessons. Even if you know you will miss ahead of time.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. NOR TRANSFERS.

 


FORCED or MANDATORY CLOSURES: If classes/lessons/camps/events are cancelled due to mandated local community/city/county/state/regional/federal restrictions (such as force majeure, including but not limited to COVID) everyone will be credited for a future date.  NO refunds will be given.

REACH FOR THE BARRES PRIVATE LESSON POLICIES:

 Upon signing up for RFTB lessons, you agree to the following policies -
 

· Participation in 1 group class for the entirety of our 9-month RFTB Main Season (Sept-May/June)

· Commit to lesson for the entire season in order to perform a (solo, duet, trio) at RFTB Recital  

· Dedication to the lesson, no makeup will be provided for any missed private 

· Participation in Rehearsal ahead of June Recital

· Purchase of selected recital costume, chosen by Faculty and approved by Studio Director

· Agree to the selected faculty member chosen by the Studio Director for requested private lesson

· Confirm and begin lesson and group class in September 2023

· Lessons are drop-off only

·  Late pickups are subject to late fees

· All dancers are expected to follow our dress coded and shoe requirements


· Kindness + Respect: Our goal is to foster a positive learning environment filled with creativity and camaraderie for both our students and parents. You and your child agree to treat all faculty + participants of Reach For The Barres Dance Studio with kindness and respect. No bullying of any kind, verbally, physically or otherwise will be tolerated.

·  Safety First: The safety of your child and other children is our top priority. Our Faculty are all First Aid + CPR Certified. You acknowledge that your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that make it dangerous or unwise for your child to safely participate in our programs.

· ALL POLICIES may be reviewed here before enrolling your dancer. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Dancers must be eager to learn, willing to grow, energetic, kind and passionate about dance and love the stage!

· Dancers must be enrolled in a full season of dance at RFTB, with good attendance prior to being selected.

· 2023-2024 Tuition is based on 30-minute lesson day + time, in addition to the faculty member facilitating it.




CANCELLATION POLICY:

· All REACH tuition (and fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

· NO CREDITS or REFUNDS will be given for dropped, missed or canceled lessons, at any time; this includes in-studio, virtual, mobile/outdoor and/or private lessons.

· There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. As well as NO TRANSFERS.

· To cancel your enrollment please complete a CANCELLATION REQUEST



PAYMENT POLICIES + FINE PRINT:

· Full-session enrollment is required.

· Trimester payments are due before the last class of each trimester.

· Any payment made after the last class of the trimester is subject to a $40, late fee every week dancer's tuition is left unpaid.

· Teachers are subject to change as needed.


· We reserve the right to refuse service. Any family who cannot abide or respect our policies may be asked to leave at no cost to the studio. 


Be sure you have thoroughly read, and fully understand that by enrolling that you're agreeing to be bound by the terms of these Terms & Conditions as there will be no refunds. These Terms & Conditions will govern your child’s current and future participation in Reach For The Barres dance program.
