💚it’s time to level up your leprechaun trap!

💚it’s time to level up your leprechaun trap!

Difficulty: Medium

Materials:
• Paper in rainbow colors
• Glitter gold paper
• Cereal box or any small box you have
• Scissors
• Glue
• Pipe cleaner
• White paper
• Pen/marker/pencil

Directions:

Start off by cutting strips of paper from each color.

Take your box and cover one side with glue. Lay your strips of paper down in any pattern you like and press them firmly to adhere to glue. Cut off any excess paper. Set your box to the side to dry.

Using your glitter paper, cut a path that will lead up to your trap.

Fold the ends of your rainbow strips of paper and glue each end to the bottom side of your golden path. You should have an arch of each color.

Once your trap is dry, cut a door that can swing shut. You can cut it any way you like.

With your white paper, write something catchy to get your Leprechaun’s attention. Cut it out in a cloud shape and add it to the top of your trap.
( i.e. Leprechaun Dance Party, Free Gold Inside, or This Way to Leprechaun Island)

Use the pipe cleaners to add signs around your path and door to entice your Leprechaun to come in.

For an extra touch, you can add glitter paper to the inside of your box to really trick the Leprechaun into thinking gold is inside.

Once everything is done, lay out your rainbow path and line it up with your trap door and you’re done!

Good luck catching a Leprechaun 🍀🌈
